Find Your Way delivers a blend of deep insight into sector leadership at the same time developing the confidence and personal capacity to lead.
It is an intensely self-motivated approach where participants dig deep to understand their own strengths and gaps as leaders, and find their personal development paths.
The aim is to create a generation of leaders who are creative, make the right decisions for the right reasons and are outstanding people managers able to implement comprehensive strategies.
